1.Can you help me design a badge?
Yes of course – our friendly expert design team is on hand to help you design your badges, and once your design is complete we will email you an artists visual for your approval before production commences.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for name badges and id cards is one.
3. How long do my badges take (first order)?
On your initial order engraved only badges are approx 2-3 days, and our printed company logo badges and photo id cards are approx. 3-4 days.
4. How long do my badges take (re-orders)
With our re-order we have your details and badge design on file, and our engraved badges usually take 1-2 days, and our printed company logo badges and photo id cards is usually 2-3 days. Although, we are usually able to produce them the same day if urgent.
5. How do I re-order badges?
You can re-order badges either by telephone 0115 9550391 or email sales@targetbadges.co.uk. We will have your badge design and your company details on file so all we need are the names and job titles that you require on the badges.
6. How much do your badges cost?
We offer a really competitive rate on all of our products, excellent quantity discounts and our aim is not to beaten on quality and price.
7. Can I order badges over the phone?
Yes you can place your order over the phone, our friendly customer services team are on hand to help.
8. How much do you charge for delivery?
We endeavour to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We use Royal Mail for our smaller orders, and our larger orders are sent via APC courier. Postage Charges example: 1-5 x Badges @ £2.25, 6-10 Badges @ £3.50, APC courier 1kg @ £9.95. We appreciate that you don’t want to be paying more in postage charges that you do for a badge. You will always be advised of the postage charges on placement of order.
9. How quick can I get my badges?
We can accommodate for tight deadlines, in some cases we can send out the badges the same day, so it’s definitely worth an ask!
10. Are there any setup or design fees?
Our engraved only range of badges incur no setup charge. Our badges with printed company logo incur a small setup cost for the initial order, this is a one-off charge and doesn’t apply to any future reorders.
11. How do you prefer my artwork/logo?
If you could supply your artwork/logo in either a high resolution jpeg or png file. Please bear in mind that the better quality of artwork the better the finished product will be.
12. How do I send you my photos for the id cards?
If you could send them over in a jpeg file (most phones and cameras are compatible). If you could supply a good head shot, but we are able to crop the photo if required.
13. What payment methods are accepted?
Currently we accept bank transfer or cheque payments.
14. Can I setup an account?
You can phone us and we will be able to setup an account for you. Alternatively please email us on our contact form with your enquiry.
15. What are your photo id cards made of?
Our id cards are professional looking credit card sized pvc cards, digitally printed for added security.
16. What are your staff name badges made of?
Our staff name badges are made from a durable abs engraving laminate, ideal for everyday wear.
